Sophie Crash Properties is a second-generation real estate company. It was founded to continue the legacy of the late Oak Cliff journalist, Jay Torres. Restoring and Remodeling has been a way for me to cope with the sudden loss of my father due to g*n crime, because I would rather build something up than fall down a hole of grief. I intend to show the process, with mistakes and all (which I make quite often), before/after shots, my waterwise garden, and my Homeowner 101 Series to help new homeowners avoid common mistakes.
Thank you for joining me on this journey!
Between 2015 and 2018, Sophie Crash's CrashPad Co-Living in Dallas helped newly-transplanted Dallasites find an immediate, fully-furnished temporary spot to crash. Simon Rook's Rookery CoLiving near Downtown Dallas is currently virtually interviewing new residents and is undergoing renovations. Our coliving community developed organically. We strive to help people thrive in our community from the moment they look for a rental in Oak Cliff to the day they are ready to purchase a home. Read our blog below for more updates.
